DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On May 19, 2026, the board approved contract 26-090 for On Scene Repairs and Maintenance, LLC to provide repair services and possible upfitting of emergency response brush trucks, ambulances and fire apparatus. This contract is valid until September 2030.
The requested amount represents as needed services as well as parts.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Neutral; total expenditure of $90,000. Funding is available in line AA178519-552257 (Parts - Vehicle/Equipment) for $80,000 and line AA000000-141101 (Inventory - Supplies) for $10,000.
