DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On February 17, 2026, the Board approved Resolution No. 26-R-46, declaring County-owned Parcel 3341-010-020 suitable for private sale pursuant to Section 125.35(2), Florida Statutes, and authorizing the statutory sale process.
Consistent with Resolution No. 26-R-46, statutory notice was provided to all adjacent property owners by certified mail. One offer was received in the amount of One Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($1,700.00) from an adjacent property owner.
This Resolution approves the sale of the property to the sole responding adjacent property owner and authorizes the Chairman and Clerk to execute all necessary conveyance documents to complete the transaction.
