DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to approve a Purchase Agreement in the amount of $402,211.25 plus closing costs for parcel 8004-0543-04 associated with the Marion Oaks Manor Extension Road Improvement Project, as well as an Addendum for extended occupancy. This is an improved parcel, approximately 0.57 acres in size.
The negotiated agreement is inclusive of any and all cost associated with this transaction. There are cost savings recognized in this negotiation by avoiding additional costs that occur during condemnation proceedings.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Neutral; expenditure of $402,211.25 plus closing costs (TIP77250C- TIPROADS-EXPANSROW-772- GB772541-561301).
