DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
In the transition from FY 23 to FY 24, the fund balance for the Road Materials & Supplies fund was not re-appropriated from one year to the next. Per direction from the Budget Department, this adjustment affects the re-appropriation. Both the Balances Forward and Road Materials and Supplies will be increased by the available fund balance of $3,990,729.
