DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

In 2019, the Marion County Board of County Commissioners (MCBCC) entered into an agreement with the School Board of Marion County to provide standby services at football games. In 2020, the MCBCC approved the First Amendment providing coverage for graduation ceremonies. In 2021, the MCBCC approved the Second Amendment to update the schedules for football games and graduations as well as renew the agreement for an additional year. This Third Amendment updates the schedule to include the 2022 graduation ceremonies.
