DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

Mastroserio Engineering, Inc., on behalf of the property owner, Linda Capozzoli, has filed a rezoning application to change the subject property’s zoning classification from General Agriculture (A-1) to Planned Unit Development (PUD). The subject property is located approximately 0.6 miles west from the intersection of SR 200 and SW 80th St. This request is made pursuant to the provisions of Land Development Code (LDC) Division 2.7 - Zoning Chance and Section 4.2.31 - Planned Unit Development. The subject property is situated inside the Urban Growth Boundary and is located within the County's Secondary Springs Protection Overlay Zone.
