DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to approve the Release of a Subdivision Improvement Agreement with Irrevocable Letter of Credit associated with Ocala Preserve Phase 8. The engineering improvements were inspected on November 6, 2025. The release will be recorded in the public record for proper satisfaction of the surety bond.
