DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On May 21, 2019, the Board approved the procurement of a fully integrated website, agenda management system, and live video streaming services from Granicus, LLC. This fourth amendment to the agreement provides for the addition of products and services, including enhanced agenda management, website hosting, live meeting streaming, and system modules to support expanded functionality. The amendment also updates the associated fees and extends the term of the agreement through August 31, 2031. The continued use and expansion of these services will support the County’s ability to provide transparent, accessible public meetings and maintain reliable public-facing digital services.
This amendment also requests approval for future fiscal year expenditures through 2031.
Attached for review is the Granicus Service Agreement along with an approved LRM from Legal. Upon approval at today’s meeting, the Granicus Service Agreement will be presented to the Clerk and Chairman for signatures.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Neutral; annual expenditure of $128,156.15 for FY 2026-27. The remaining four (4) years’ costs are referenced below. Funding comes from AA174516-552106 (General Fund).
