DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
At its July 7, 2020 meeting, the Board of County Commissioners approved the award and contract with Partner Assessment Corporation, DBA Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner Engineering) to provide comprehensive building condition and needs assessments for various county buildings, over a period of multiple years. Facilities Management has requested to renew the contract with Partner Engineering for an additional one (1) year term through July 6, 2025.
Attached for review is a draft contract amendment. Pending approval at today’s meeting, it will be forwarded to Partner Engineering as written; and upon return, will be processed for the County Attorney, Clerk, and Chair’s signatures.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Neutral; annual expenditure as approved in the FY 2023-24 budget. Projects assigned to firm which exceed $50,000 will be brought back before the Board as a separate task order for review and final approval
