DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
A funding adjustment is necessary to allow for previously paid and upcoming utility bills relating to properties acquired for the SW 80th St project to be assigned to the Improvements account rather than the Land account, per Finance direction. $1,848 will be transferred from Land to Improvements within the project.
