DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Truist Bank will initiate their E-sign process to update the Board of County Commissioner’s bank account Deposit Resolution and Signature Cards for Carl Zalak on November 18, 2025. The new Chairman’s name, cell phone number, and email address will be provided to Truist Bank Onboarding Team. Truist will initiate the process by contacting the current signer, Clerk Harrell, for verbal authorization. Documents will be delivered electronically via email to the new Chairman, Carl Zalak, and Clerk, to be signed digitally. Authentication process will be completed via cell phone and/or email.
