DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Animal Services would like to formally recognize the volunteers who contribute hundreds of hours of service to the department, caring for our animals, providing support to our employees, and spending countless time collaborating with the citizens in our community.
All of our Volunteers are absolutely invaluable to our lifesaving efforts and mission, and we simply could not do it without them.
In addition to applauding the 20% increase in volunteer hours in the past 10 months, compared to the prior 12, we want to take this opportunity to highlight a few of our truly impactful volunteer teams:
