CONDITIONAL WAIVER approved provided the applicant (1) opens a water utility account with MCU; (2) pays all Connection charges; and (3) pays $5K capital connection fee as this is part of an in-house project to design and extend water main for all gaps in Marion Oaks Unit 4.
