DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to approve a purchase agreement in the amount of $1,250,000, plus closing costs for parcel 21935-002-00 associated with the Sheriff’s Office expansion. This is an improved parcel consisting of 1.44 acres with a 1,560 square foot commercial space on the property.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Neutral; expenditure of $1,250,000 plus closing costs (Fund STC0736VE-CIP-SHERIF-PUB SAFETY-736-VJ736521-564101).
