DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request for approval and execution of a Resolution declaring a Public Hearing be held to consider a petition made by Kathleen O. Dudley to close and abandon a portion of High Street (SE 141st Terrace) and Rapello Avenue, located in Section 21, Township 17, Range 24, and to renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the general public.

Recommended action
Motion to approve and adopt the Resolution declaring a Public Hearing date to consider closing a portion of High Street (SE 141st Terrace) and Rapello Avenue located in Section 21, Township 17, Range 24 on August 19, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible in the McPherson Governmental Campus and authorize the Chair and Clerk to execute the same.
