DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Community Services is requesting a transfer in the amount of $22,413 from salaries and wages to contract services staff leasing to cover 6 months' worth of pay (a future BAR may be needed). Funds are being reallocated because the position being paid out of staff leasing was originally budgeted in salaries. Following a management decision, the position is being filled through Resource, our contracted recruitment vendor, rather than through direct County employment. This adjustment ensures budget alignment with the updated staffing approach. Funds are available in General Fund Salaries and Wages.
