DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This adjustment allows for a contract with a consultant to perform an analysis of the Basin Management Action Plans (BMAPs) for the Upper Ocklawaha River Basin, Orange Creek Basin, and the Silver Springs and Rainbow Springs systems. This project was not originally planned, as BMAP updates are currently pending litigation, but this will allow the County to prepare for the possibility that they are put in force. $85,690 will be transferred from the Reserve for Contingencies.
