DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Tillman & Associates Engineering, LLC., acting as agent for the property owner, Sandy Clay, LLC, has filed a Small-Scale Future Land Use Map Series (FLUMS) amendment application to change the land use designation of a ±15.52-acre site located on SE 92nd Loop. The applicant seeks to change the Future Land Use designation from Public (P), which doesn’t allow for residential development, to Medium Residential (MR) land use, which allows for 1-4 dwelling units per acre.
