DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to approve the Release of a Subdivision Improvement Agreement with Surety Bond associated with the Copperleaf subdivision. The engineering improvements were inspected on October 16, 2025. The release will be recorded in the public record for proper satisfaction of the surety bond.
