DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
A letter was received from Di Masi and Burton P.A. representing Fore Ranch Master Community Association, Inc (Association). They are requesting confirmation from Marion County regarding any objections to the Association discontinuing maintenance of an asphalt walk/bike path from the Association's community all the way to SR 200 as well as the landscape median. County staff has responded that this area is not of County interest as it is not County maintained and within the annexed boundaries of the City of Ocala.
