DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Mr. Kyle Yancey currently serves as a full member of the Industrial Development Authority, with his current term expiring in November 2028.
Mr. Yancey has elected to resign from the Industrial Development Authority, effective September 15, 2026, to serve on the Housing Finance Authority. Pursuant to BCC Policy 22-01, both boards are classified as “Substantive,” and an individual may not simultaneously serve on both boards.
The resulting vacancy will be advertised in accordance with County policy.
