DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The Human Resources Director was recently tasked with conducting a review of several sections of the current handbook. The proposed revisions presented within this agenda item will streamline processes, help retain employees, and promote the best interest of the County. The handbook revisions are attached, as well as a list summarizing the notable changes.

Motion to approve and authorize the Chairman and Clerk to execute the attached resolution for the revisions of the Employee Handbook with an effective date of November 4, 2025.
