DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The Freedom Library project (LBC375013) currently has $140,356 in the Machinery and Equipment account. Purchases for IT are needed for the project, and per Finance, need to be coded to the building CIP line, Buildings CIP object (562102). This is a request to transfer funds between these accounts of the same project.
