DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request for approval and execution of a Resolution declaring that a Public Hearing be held to consider a petition made by Willie B. Hayter and Karla S. Hayter to close and abandon Tract A of the Carriage Trail Plat (Plat Book 001 Page 138) to renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the general public.
The request for Road Closure was heard and approved by the Development Review Committee on December 15, 2025.
