DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to consider approval of a Resolution by Petitioners, Jay Thomas Trust to close and abandon a portion of the 20’ wide Drainage Right-of-Way (DROW) lying north of and adjacent to Lot 6, Block A, Cedar Shores Industrial Park, Plat Book U, Page 51 and to renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the general public. No person or entity is dependent upon the platted roads for access or for any other purpose. The Development Review Committee considered this request on October 7, 2024 and it was the committee’s recommendation that the petition be granted.
