DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

Red Jacket Development Group, LLC, on behalf of Dimino Holdings Associates LLC, has filed an application to rezone a 52.15-acre property on the north side of SE 92nd Loop from Single Family Dwelling (R-1) and Planned Unit Development (PUD) to Planned Unit Development (PUD) pursuant to the provisions of Land Development Code (LDC) Division 2.7 and Zoning and LDC Section 4.2.17. The PUD proposes 362 residential units (58 single-family and 304 multifamily). The subject property is in the Springs Secondary Protection Overlay Zone (SSPOZ).
