DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The Department of Revenue Child Support Program earns federal incentive funds based on its performance in providing services to families. Each year, the Program shares a portion of the incentive earnings with local governments that participate in the cost of the Program through agreements with the Program. The Program has an agreement with the Clerk of Court and Comptroller.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Increase General Fund appropriation by $6,856.
