DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

This is a request to approve the Release of a Subdivision Improvement Agreement with Surety Bond associated with Freedom Commons Development, LLC for Marion Ranch Phase 2 (FKA Freedom Commons Phase 2). The engineering improvements were certified and inspected for completeness in 2024; the landscaping was certified as satisfactorily complete by the Landscape Architect on June 12, 2026. The release will be recorded on the Public Record for proper satisfaction of the surety bond.
