DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

Danika Oliverio, with CHW on behalf of property owner Harold Feaster, has applied to rezone a 6.20-acre property at the intersection of W Hwy 318 and N US Hwy 441 from General Agriculture (A-1) and Community Business (B-2) to Rural Activity Center (RAC), pursuant to the provisions of Land Development Code (LDC) Division 2.7 - Zoning and LDC Section 4.2.24. The subject property is situated outside the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) and in the County's Secondary Springs Protection Overlay Zone (SSPOZ), as well as the Farmland Preservation Area (FPA). The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval on Consent.
