DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

Andrew Greene on behalf of property owner Green Ventures LLC, has applied to rezone a 0.25-acre property on NE 128th Pl, just west of NE Jacksonville Rd, from Regional Business (B-4) to Mixed Residential (R-4), pursuant to the provisions of Land Development Code (LDC) Division 2.7 - Zoning and LDC Section 4.2.12. The subject property is situated outside the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) and in the County's Primary Springs Protection Overlay Zone (SSPOZ), as well as the Farmland Preservation Area (FPA).
