DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

This is a request seeking approval of an Indemnification Agreement and Subdivision Improvement Agreement with Bond. The agreements required under Land Code Section 2.18.4.E, which allows for up to 20 individual permits for the construction of 10 building lots at the Project.

 

The five conditions outlined in the proposed Indemnification Agreement have been met and the County Attorney’s office has approved the proposed agreement for Stone Creek By Del Webb Sundance Phase 4 Subdivision.

 

This subdivision is located in the Southeast portion of the County and contains 65 lots and four (4) tracts on 22.15 acres with 0.35 miles of roads.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:

Recommended action

Motion to approve the attached Indemnification Agreement and Subdivision Improvement Agreement with Bond between Pulte Home Company, LLC and Marion County for the proposed Stone Creek By Del Webb Sundance Phase 4 Subdivision and authorize the Chairman and Clerk to execute the same.
