DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Additional funding is required for the Transfer Station Repair project to expand the scope of work to include repairs and resurfacing of the North end of the tipping floor. The original project budget did not allow for full completion of the tipping floor; only the South and Center portions. This expanded scope will provide a continuous, seamless finish across the entire surface, improving durability, functionality, and long-term performance.
