DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On January 6, 2026, the Board approved a contract with Eagle Fabrication & Metal Working Inc. to provide metal fabrication and repair services for County-owned roll-off containers, including the repair and refurbishment of standard 20 CY, 30 CY, and 40 CY compactor receiver boxes. The contractor provides metal fabrication and repair, welding, paint preparation and painting, as well as all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the work.
This Modification to the Agreement is being presented to the Board to replace Exhibit B, Schedule of Values, in its entirety with a revised Schedule of Values. The revisions add additional line items and update the units of measure to better reflect the services provided under the agreement. The revised Exhibit B will replace and supersede the original Schedule of Values included in the master agreement. No other terms or conditions of the agreement are being modified.
Attached for review is the contract amendment along with an approved LRM from Legal. Upon approval at today’s meeting, the contract amendment will be presented to the Clerk and Chairman for signatures.
