DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request seeking approval of an Indemnification Agreement associated with Land Development Code Section 2.18.4.E, which allows for up to 10 building lots to be constructed in a subdivision prior to recording the Final Plat. The five (5) conditions outlined in the proposed Indemnification Agreement have been met and the County Attorney’s office has approved the proposed agreement for Stone Creek by Del Webb Solaire Phase 1 Subdivision. This will allow up to 20 individual permits for the construction of 10 building lots prior to Final Plat approval.
This subdivision is located in the southwest portion of the County and contains 270 lots and 11 tracts on 85.05 acres with 2.04 miles of private roads.
