Highway 40, Ocala, FL 34481, requests a Zoning Change, Articles 2 and 4, of the Marion County Land Development Code, from A-1 and B-2 (General Agriculture and Community Business), to RAC (Rural Activity Center) and RAC to A-1, for all permitted uses (reconfiguration of existing RAC with no increase), on an approximate 18.53 Acre “Portion Of” a 540.13 Acre Parcel, resulting in a 15.53 Acre RAC, on Parcel Account Number 21317-000-01.
