DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Tillman and Associates Engineering, LLC, on behalf of the landowners, Sabana Owner LLC, have filed a request for Board of County Commissioner approval of the Master Plan for the Planned Unit Development (PUD) Sabana Farms that was approved on April 17, 2024. The project is on a 47.28 +/- acre property and includes a total of 205 single family residential units with amenities. The project is located inside of the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) and the Secondary Springs Protection Zone. Non-residential use areas are not proposed under this PUD.
