DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Following a broad search and an interview round with the most qualified candidates, Earl Hahn received the highest composite ranking from the interview panel.
The interview panel consisted of the Executive Director of Internal Services, Assistant County Administrator, and Business Analyst. After the round of interviews, it is evident that Mr. Hahn possesses both the skillset and the experience to lead the Growth Services Department to the next level of success.
This agenda item shall serve as notification to the Board of the appointment of Earl Hahn as the next Growth Service Director. Mr. Hahn’s starting salary is $110,000. Barring any discussion from the Commission, Mr. Hahn will be considered confirmed.
