DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
A budget amendment is needed for the purchase of replacement equipment and specialized programming of existing technology for our Court Reporting Department. These purchases were not anticipated during the budget process but are necessary to support court operations. Sufficient funds are available in Travel and Training due to expenditures being lower than anticipated due to staffing changes.
