DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to approve a Purchase Agreement in the amount of $500 plus closing costs for a portion of parcel 35467-000-02 associated with the SW 80th Avenue Segment 1B Road Improvement Project (from SW 90th Street to 1/2 mi North of SW 38th Street). This is a Temporary Construction Easement taking of approximately 0.005 acres.
The negotiated agreement is inclusive of any and all cost associated with this transaction. There are cost savings in this negotiation by avoiding additional costs that occur during condemnation proceedings.
