DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The funding agreement for American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Funds includes a stipulation that revenues received as a result of projects need to be re-invested into additional infrastructure. Marion County Utilities implemented a Short Water Line Extension program which generated funds. These funds are needed to continue the ARPA-funded water line extensions in Marion Oaks.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Increase American Plan Local Fiscal Recovery Fund appropriation by $2,799,136.

Approve attached Budget Amendment Resolution and amend the CIP.
