DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Community Services has received $75,309 in Program Income from a mortgage payoff under the HOME Purchase Assistance Program. This Budget Amendment Request is to recognize these additional funds as Program Income and allocate them to Project Code 342PRGM25 for HOME Program expenses. This is a one-time addition to HOME program funds to be used for eligible program activities.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Increase General Fund Grants appropriation by $75,309.
