On June 27, 2025, the County Attorney’s Office received a request from Cynturia McClendon Smith for a Release/Reduction of her Civil Restitution Lien from Case No. 2014-CF-0997, recorded in OR Book 6069, Page 609 on July 17, 2014. Ms. McClendon Smith is requesting a reduction of the Civil Restitution/Cost of Incarceration Lien totaling $14,786.27, with $9,000.00 remaining in judgment and $5,786.27 in interest.

On March 24, 2014, Ms. McClendon Smith was arrested for Possession of Cocaine (Third Degree Felony) and Possession of Cannabis Less than 20 Grams (First Degree Misdemeanor) in Case No. 2014-CF-0997.
