DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
A Project Closeout Form was submitted for the Gateway Signage 42nd Street Flyover project with a remaining balance of $218,589. A vendor contract was recently secured to conduct maintenance of the Gateway Signage 42nd Street Flyover as well as the two (2) County Line Pillars. Funds in the amount of $110,410, will be transferred to Contractual Services to pay the maintenance fees. The remaining balance of $108,179, will also be transferred via a Project Budget Adjustment Entry to project code VCC000002 CIP Genral NewINF CNS (Gateway Signage NW 49th St) to fund future construction.
