DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Marion County is exploring the purchase of ARC’s property located in southeast Marion County, along Maricamp Road. The sale of the property will assist ARC of Marion with operational capacity. Discussions about this purchase have included ARC’s continued operations on the property. Attached is a letter provided by Marion County to ARC of Marion that will allow for the initial due diligence prior to the purchase of the property.
