DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a privately-initiated amendment proposing to revise the Sign Code to add definitions for big box retailers and shopping centers. There is one (1) section that is proposed to be amended in addition to the definitions.
Attached are the clean and redline versions of the proposed changes, as well as the applicant’s justification for the proposed amendment.
Staff recommends approval of the proposed amendment.
