DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
With an Indemnification Agreement approved by the Board, Land Development Code Section 2.18.4.E allows for up to ten percent (10%) of the total lots to be constructed in a subdivision prior to recording the Final Plat. The County Attorney has reviewed and approved the Indemnification Agreement request for six (6) individual building permits. This subdivision is located in the southwest portion of the County and contains 66 lots and six (6) tracts on 22.55 acres with 0.89 miles of private road.
