DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On May 19, 2026, the City of Ocala approved Budget Resolution 2026-142 (BR 2026-142) and, in the capacity as the East Ocala Redevelopment Area Agency, approved Budget Resolution 2026-100 (CRA BR 2026-100). BR 2026-142 and CRA BR 2026-100 are necessary to appropriate funding for fiscal year 2025-26 from “Reserve for Fund Balance” to an expenditure account to support projects in the East Ocala Community Redevelopment subarea in the amount of $358,000.
