DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Dunnellon High School has been selected as one (1) of four (4) locations for the Marion Celebrates America 250 fireworks celebrations. This Memorandum of Understanding outlines the terms and conditions for the use of the school property in connection with the July 4, 2026, event in Dunnellon.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Neutral; all costs paid through donations and sponsorships obtained for the America 250 celebrations in accordance with the already approved resolution.
