DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The County has been approved for St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD) cost-share funding for a water quality improvement project within Silver Springs Shores Unit 23. SJRWMD has awarded funds for the construction of this project. The Agreement will provide for reimbursement of 25% of the construction costs up to $273,514. The Agreement was approved and signed by the Board on July 20, 2021 (Agenda Item 7.7.1.).
This amendment extends the expiration date of the Agreement from June 30, 2022 to September 27, 2022.
