DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This adjustment increases transfers funds from Improvements to Land in Fund 3023. The funds will be assigned to the NW/NE 35th St Ph 1B project for ROW purchases. Funds were accumulated via accruing interest in FY 25. The additional funds of $91,027 will be added to TIP70100C.
